This is a grammar and vocabulary review activity (it is related to the world of art)
This is the way it works:
The teacher asks some questions so that students use known grammar in their answers (some will be more difficult than others).
Every time a student answers a question correctly they can click once on a slide to uncover part of a piece of art (or twice if the question is difficult). This will continue until a student guesses they type of art represented (portrait, sketch, etc.)
At the end of the activity the teacher and the students will do an assessment of the results.
Skills development:
to develop students’ speaking skills – talking on a particular topic
to develop students’ reading skills and scanning and skimming skills
to develop students’ writing skills – write a story
to develop students’ creative thinking
