The Swedish national curriculum, Lgr 11, emphasizes the skills on how to use spoken English when interacting with other people.
The students should be given many opportunities to develop the skills to:
• Understand spoken English
• Express themselves and communicate in English
• Use different strategies to make yourself understood
• Adapt the use of English in different situations and for different purposes”
Purpose: For the students to develop comprehension of the conception of osmosis and practice their skills to work scientifically by means of experiments
Atomic and molecular structure video demonstration
In this project students will work in a subject integrated way. They will enhance their knowledge of an important historical period with the help of a blog-based role play.
Each student will create a character of their own, an avatar, in the city of Rosenheim, situated in the south of Germany. The character will live, act and reflect on events in Rosenheim, in Germany and in the world during the time period of 1919 – 1945. The identity of the writer (the student) will be kept secret from the readers of the blog.
Aims in Maths: The students will learn about probability, the methods of solving probability problems and how to apply this knowledge to everyday situations. The students also learn how to use and analyse mathematical terms and their interconnections.
