I have improve my ability to work in a team with other teachers and specially with my students without the pressure of the grades. And I think that I have also developed my skills to interact with people who I didn't know before.

I understand English better now and feel more certain when interacting with teachers from all of the participating countries.

I have learnt a lot about how to use ICT in a technical kind of way, I feel more comfortable now with for instance documenting lessons by taking photos etc. It has also been a positive challenge to speak in front of teachers from a lot of different countries.
