Make a better connection with the host and the student, for example: make the hosts speak English with their friends,

Well...a better connection should be established by students from around the world...so all the students should be in one place. :)

Maybe we can organize some video-conference sometimes in order to discuss and talk not only during the meeting but during the year as well.

More countries , more people and longer visits . I believe everyone will agree with this but it will be harder to achieve because for such a thing to happen is needed a bigger funding :)
