Do you think that the first year of the project has had an impact on sharing European Values?

It might prove useful to the discussion to first establish what those European values might be, although I think everyone would agree on notions such as democracy,stability, prosperity. Moreover, usually it's more a case of strengthening those values, since most, if not all, of the European countries share common history, and, consequently, common culture and values.The project has definitely brought such common aspects to the forefront again, which is a positive fact.

As Andrea says, I would like to know which are those values and who states them. I think that whatever which is common does not have to be stressed, as it is part of us already and should not surprise us. Moreover, I think it is the other way around: I would be surprised and would note before the non-common values.
